Morton Bowen specializes in the bending and forming of small and large diameter wire and tubing. We provide products to all industries that require simple and intricate bending of wire and tube with rapid turn of product.
- Media/Bead Blasting – surface roughening for additional surface adhesion can be applied with a range of media to suit your application requirements
- Specialized Coatings – a wide range of products from PTFE, Polyimide, Polyesterimide, Hydrophilic Coatings, etc.
- Passivation – chemical surface treatments for either Citric or Nitric acids & to MIL Spec or ASTM Standards with Certifications
In addition to the bending we can also offer custom angle-cut ends, slots, slits and other features required in the product and complete with electropolishing, passivation, certifications, and surface texturing.
