Shape & Heat Setting
shape setting and heat setting of NiTi can be provided for both superelastic and shape-memory in a variety of sizes and shapes, utilizing manufactured custom fixtures

Electrochemical Polishing & Electroplating
providing a treatment for electropolishing for NiTi wire & tube that has negligible hydrogen embrittlement absorption, and fully or selectively electroplating for many wire and tube shapes and sizes

NiTiNOL Processing Capabilities

• Wire diameters starting from 0.0005” (0,0125 mm)
• Tubing OD ranging from as small as 0.0040” (0,100 mm)
